Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate product knowledge to create an authentic, selling-and-service environment focused on customer connection.
  • •Meet or exceed established store and individual daily sales and performance goals.
  • •Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs.
  • •Maintain store appearance and execute merchandising operations (cash handling, shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) per policy.
  • •Resolve customer concerns and partner with store leadership on elevated issues, while advocating for new in-store technologies.
