Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of turnaround planning, scheduling and coordination across site to meet objectives and timelines.
  • •Ensure duties are performed in line with Wood’s and clients’ HSE programs and the Permit to Work System.
  • •Manage specialist services contractors to deliver services as required and maintain contract KPIs.
  • •Foster a collaborative, high-performing safety culture and mentor team members in HSE principles.
  • •Plan and prioritize work, coordinate cross-department communication and manage budgets where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Turnaround planning experience with mechanical planning, estimating and work packing on major energy projects; power industry experience preferred.
  • •Proven leadership of on-site workforce and delivery against contract KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • •Experience on Turnarounds in Major Hazard Facility or Oil & Gas environments; remote location exposure advantageous.
  • •Candidates must have full work rights in Australia.
