Job Summary

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Healthcare accounts as a client lead for TikTok For Business. You’ll build executive relationships with brand managers, media leads, and agencies, translating objectives into full-funnel activation plans and driving Joint Business Planning to set quarterly priorities and investment commitments. Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets across branding, performance, and commerce, using insight-led proposals and disciplined pipeline forecasting while coordinating cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Healthcare accounts, serving as primary partner for day-to-day and mid-to-senior stakeholder engagement.
•Develop structured full-funnel activation plans aligned with industry strategy and lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) at the account level.
•Deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets across Branding, Performance, and Commerce solutions within assigned accounts.
•Identify incremental growth opportunities across brands, categories, and budget pools, and drive adoption of strategic growth levers.
•Partner cross-functionally to ensure integrated solutions, high campaign execution standards, performance tracking, and proactive issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Technology, Media, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Media, or Digital Marketing with direct client-facing responsibilities.
•Strong understanding of digital media platforms, advertising products, and performance measurement metrics.
•Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
•High proficiency in written and spoken English; experience coordinating with senior stakeholders.
