Technical Account Executive

Own high-intent inbound opportunities and expand enterprise accounts for a modern email sending platform. You’ll pressure-test and scale existing buyer-experience playbooks, run experiments on messaging/timing/channels, and distinguish customers to save versus natural churn. Partner closely with founders and internal teams by feeding customer learnings back to product, marketing, and success—while documenting everything to build a repeatable sales motion.
