Key Responsibilities

  • •Work high-intent inbound opportunities from enriched, segmented enterprise logos and high-growth companies
  • •Validate, iterate, and scale existing sales playbooks and repeatable sales motion
  • •Run experiments across messaging, timing, and channels to find repeatability
  • •Expand existing customers by identifying accounts for higher tiers or additional products
  • •Prevent churn by distinguishing accounts worth saving from natural lifecycle churn; share customer insights internally and document learnings

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have built before and can operate without a finished playbook, building out a new role/team/function from zero
  • •Be customer-obsessed and comfortable working with deeply technical infrastructure engineers and developers
  • •Think scientifically—use hypotheses, tests, measurements, and iteration to learn from each conversation
  • •Document and share learnings so the whole team can use them to improve the playbook
  • •Be technically credible to discuss infrastructure, APIs, and email deliverability in customer conversations
