Key Responsibilities

•Promote and model safety-first behaviors, complete behavioral-based safety observations, and support investigations by keeping the Warehouse Supervisor informed.
•Coach associates and lead constructive, professional conversations while enforcing handbook policies and fostering respect and inclusivity.
•Communicate proactively about changes and upcoming events, respond calmly to issues, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive discussions.
•Drive productivity and continuous improvement by tracking warehouse metrics, addressing missed targets across execution, service levels, inbound, shipping errors, and inventory accuracy.
•Maintain Leader Standard Work, submit completed LSW weekly, provide staffing/execution updates at MDI, and manage A3 follow-up for monthly misses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28.8 - 32.14 hourly

•Previous warehouse, distribution center, or logistics experience (preferred).
