Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and manage the UK and Ireland team (Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters, etc) to drive growth.
  • •Own the region’s P&L and set the regional strategy to meet quarterly and annual goals across KPIs.
  • •Audit team performance and ensure achievement of quality and revenue targets on a quarterly basis.
  • •Develop and maintain the local experience portfolio using data analyses and expand market penetration.
  • •Manage key partners: build senior stakeholder relationships, negotiate and close deals, represent Fever locally, and support scalability across other cities.
