Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate customer business needs into clear, comprehensive product requirements (PRDs, specs, tickets).
  • •Translate Juicebox’s vision into real product features and roadmaps.
  • •Partner closely with engineering and design to lead projects end-to-end and a11y cross-functional delivery.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for product feedback and requests, internally and externally.
  • •Spend significant time talking directly with customers to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 260,000 annually
