Key Responsibilities

  • •Own opportunity definition and initiatives within the assigned scope, defining objectives, value propositions, success measures, and delivery scope.
  • •Maintain backlog ownership, including intake, triage, refinement, prioritization, and readiness for development.
  • •Translate user needs and cross-product scenarios into requirements (user stories, functional/non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria) for R&D.
  • •Partner with R&D on delivery planning—milestones, sequencing, release plans—and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope trade-offs.
  • •Drive customer and internal engagement: serve as the voice of the customer, validate outcomes with success criteria and feedback, and coordinate issue resolution for customer-facing or internal problems.
