Inbound BDR at Envoy is the first point of contact for inbound inquiries, qualifying leads via email, chat, and phone, and turning high-potential prospects into qualified opportunities. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to create great customer experiences, and can grow into outbound BDR or Account Executive roles on a structured path.

•Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads across chat, email, and phone
•Generate qualified opportunities and clean handoffs for Account Executives
•Develop deep product knowledge so you can connect Envoy to a prospect's actual needs
•Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support & Success to create great experiences for current and prospective customers
•Contribute to team processes and share what's working — and grow into mentoring newer reps as you ramp

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.72 - 25.75 hourly

Key Requirements

•6 months–1 year of post-grad experience or internship in a customer-facing field (sales, support, hospitality, recruiting, retail, etc.), and a desire to break into tech sales.
•High sense of integrity and personal accountability
•Excellent time management, organization, and autonomy
•Superb written and verbal communication skills
•Intellectual curiosity and ambition to build a foundation in sales
