Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Customer Engineering activities for the Regional Aviation team.
  • •Act as a technical liaison between Engineering and Customer Service to integrate aftermarket requirements into new engine development.
  • •Lead the definition and implementation of aftermarket technical requirements and monitor compliance throughout the engine development lifecycle.
  • •Review and approve maintenance documentation, including maintenance manuals and MSG-3 maintenance program development.
  • •Own product performance in service (safety, reliability, durability) and manage technical campaigns, warranty/commercial programs, and customer relationship value stream.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education.
  • •10–15 years of experience in aerospace, aftermarket service, engineering, operations, or related fields.

  • •Ability to manage client satisfaction across internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Experience developing maintenance programs and MSG-3 analysis (experience required), with comfort working in a matrix organization.
