Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist portfolio managers and analysts in applying AI models and agents to investment research, data analysis, and portfolio workflows.
  • •Support development, training, testing, and evaluation of AI models and agents, including prompt design, workflow development, and output validation.
  • •Evaluate emerging AI tools and identify potential applications in investment research and asset management.
  • •Collect, organize, and analyze financial, market, industry, and company data; conduct research using AI to extract, summarize, and analyze information.
  • •Support data preparation, model testing, performance evaluation, and quality control for AI-related projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Final-year bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD student in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics (or related).
  • •Available to work part-time 3–4 days/week for up to 12 months.
  • •Strong interest in AI, financial markets, and investment management.
  • •Familiarity with AI tools and basic programming or data analysis, preferably Python.
  • •Fluent in English and Chinese; proficient in Microsoft Office.
