Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and benchmark SaaS vendor offerings during sourcing changes, including licensing models, SLAs/SLRs, scope, performance, security conditions, and impacts on contract terms.
  • •Lead vendor onboarding/transition and establish steady-state operating models (processes, support, incident management, governance) while ensuring delivery complies with contractual commitments and performance levels.
  • •Analyze usage, performance, availability, and security metrics to recommend continuous improvements, manage operational/cyber risks, and drive vendor corrective and evolutionary actions (patches, releases, roadmap).
  • •Manage service continuity, resilience, and business continuity/disaster recovery needs (RTO, RPO, fallback plans), including demand/consumption and SaaS capacity planning inputs and billing validation.
  • •Facilitate SaaS governance forums, coordinate across tribes/squads/IT, promote the client-supplier relationship model, and ensure smooth exit and reversibility (data export, environment handover, compliance controls).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing external suppliers, preferably in a SaaS environment, with strong leadership in a scaled agile context.
  • •Ability to negotiate, challenge vendors, and make structuring decisions for service contracts and expected service offerings.
  • •Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and SaaS-specific topics such as service level management (SLM), vendor governance, license management, and cloud security.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset; proficient in English for vendor interactions and governance.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools like JIRA/Confluence and Office Suite; familiarity with AI/GenAI is a plus.
