•Collaborate with global business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to align and integrate strategic initiatives.
•Drive innovation through advanced analytics, AI and digital tools, and establish governance frameworks and performance metrics for delivery and continuous improvement.
•Provide consulting/advisory decision support on IIPL strategic priorities and build change-management frameworks, leading change and cross-functional projects using Lean Six Sigma methods.
