Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Support construction cost services for a large-scale data center program in the Atlanta metro area, advising clients on bid strategy, estimating, cost reporting, and cost control. Build and review project estimates, manage cost reporting and forecasting, maintain a commercial risk register, and guide change orders and dispute prevention/resolution. Use cost estimating and take-off tools to produce bid analysis, and help drive post-contract reviews and lessons learned.
