  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to resolve complex yield and reliability challenges using statistical analysis and quality methodologies.
  • •Manage critical supplier relationships by assessing supply chain risk and enforcing rigorous performance standards.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to influence decision-making across manufacturing and engineering stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, or related field) from an accredited university.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor substrate, OSAT, testing process, quality engineering, and supply chain management.
  • •Proven people management and team leadership experience, including leading cross-functional and global teams.
  • •Strong background in quality systems and quality methodologies, including SPC, OCAP, FMEA, and APQP.
  • •Extensive experience in supplier quality management, supply chain risk assessment, and driving supplier performance improvement.
