Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, portioning, and measuring ingredients. Cook simple items such as grilling, frying, sautéing, and baking under senior chefs’ supervision, and follow recipes to maintain consistent quality. Keep work areas clean and organized, assist with stock rotation and inventory handling, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination.
