Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and delivery of transport planning strategies and traffic engineering solutions aligned with portfolio masterplans and TPD.
  • •Coordinate with RTA for approvals and studies, ensuring all work complies with RTA and Dubai Municipality standards.
  • •Track and release RTA cost-sharing payments and report status to management at least every two months.
  • •Direct preparation and review of traffic impact assessments to support new developments and masterplan changes; provide technical guidance and quality oversight.
  • •Review TPD and MP plot access requests tied to land use changes and access updates, create systems for TIS updates, and manage related risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Planning or Traffic Engineering (preferred).
  • •Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in the Middle East.
  • •Ability to develop, evaluate, and approve Traffic Impact Assessments (TIA) for new developments and masterplan changes.
  • •Working knowledge of RTA submission, approval workflows, and cost-sharing agreement administration.
  • •Technical capability across traffic modelling, traffic flow/capacity/network performance, and junction/signal design.
