Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex contract negotiations with senior-level academic and administrative leaders, including provosts and chief academic officers, to close multi-year deals.
  • •Own the overall account strategy and forecast for each institution, developing multi-year growth, retention, and expansion plans that align with institutional priorities.
  • •Drive renewals and upsell opportunities in partnership with Solutions Specialists to achieve sustained revenue growth across CU, EA, and IA models.
  • •Partner with sales, channel, customer success, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution and accountability across institutional programs.
  • •Act as a trusted strategic advisor, using data-driven insights to optimize programs, strengthen long-term outcomes, and communicate value to institutional stakeholders.
