Key Responsibilities

•Define the GTM (go to market) strategy for the On-Demand business in Romania (pricing, pitch, Ops SLAs, etc).
•Upsell On-Demand to current Glovo partners (Restaurants, Groceries and Retailers) by building a pipeline, conducting consultative sales, and leading contract negotiations.
•Coordinate cross-functional needs (financial control, profitability, operations, and necessary tech developments/adaptations).
•Explore new opportunities leveraging Glovo capabilities to grow On-Demand (e.g., partners not in Glovo’s marketplace).
•Manage a small commercial team (1 to 3 people) and collaborate with On-Demand HQ in Barcelona to feedback and improve product (Commercial, Operations, Product).
•Drive PnL management: pricing strategy, implementation costs, and ongoing profitability through operating costs and recurring sales.
