Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality primary healthcare, including health assessments and vaccinations, and/or monitor and manage patients in a low-dependency ward setting.
  • •Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including general practitioners, physios, mental health clinicians, and dental professionals.
  • •Support Defence members through injury recovery, chronic condition management, and preventative care.
  • •Provide quality patient-centred care that helps make a real impact in a low dependency ward context.
  • •Participate in a casual shift roster with weekend work and the ability to work 24/7 as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • •Minimum one year of Registered Nurse experience in acute care, primary health care, or a military setting.

  • •Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance).
  • •Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care, with ability to work a 24/7 roster.
