  • •Lead high-impact Growth initiatives across partnerships, incentives, and lifecycle experiences from ambiguous problem framing through exploration, refinement, and launch.
  • •Reimagine key moments across the customer journey, including discovery, value understanding, conversion, reactivation, and habit building.
  • •Blend product thinking, brand, content, interaction design, and business mechanics to create unified experiences across surfaces and teams.
  • •Explore and prototype new content models, flows, interaction patterns, motion, and messaging to challenge conventions and improve outcomes.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams and use customer insight, experimentation, and business metrics to evaluate tradeoffs and iterate toward measurable impact.
