Job Summary

Lead HR strategy and talent initiatives for the PA Global Sales & Marketing organization, partnering with senior commercial leaders to support commercial transformation and excellence. Drive workforce planning, sales talent strategy, capability and enablement programs, and performance management tailored to sales environments. Oversee organizational design and change management, coach sales leaders, and use HR metrics and sales KPIs to deliver data-driven insights that accelerate growth and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Commercial Sales leadership to shape and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
•Translate growth priorities into HR initiatives and provide insights on workforce trends, talent risks, and organizational health.
•Design sales talent strategy, including talent acquisition focused on high-performing sales profiles, and lead workforce planning tied to coverage models and territory design.
•Enhance sales capability through onboarding, training, development programs, competency models, career paths, and performance management and incentive design support.
•Drive organizational design and effectiveness by supporting restructuring/expansion, leading change management, coaching sales leaders, and delivering HR analytics with relevant KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
•10+ years of HR experience, including supporting Sales or Commercial organizations.
•Strong understanding of commercial sales models and revenue drivers.
•Expertise in talent management, org design, and performance optimization.
•Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change; analytical mindset with HR metrics and business data.
