Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end construction for data center projects, from development to final delivery
  • •Responsible for actively monitoring the safety of all site infrastructure, substation and core/shell construction
  • •Responsible for interface management (suppliers, GCs, AHJ, community impact)
  • •Stewardship of site permits
  • •Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • •9+ years of experience in managing data center construction projects or large-scale infrastructure
  • •Strong understanding of construction methodologies and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project) and project tools like Procore
  • •Knowledge of building-code requirements, safety practices, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
  • •Professional certification such as CCM, AC, or CPC preferred; OSHA 30 is required
