•Own the technical win on Decagon’s largest strategic opportunities by partnering to build working AI agents for signed customers.
•Serve as the executive partner to Fortune 500 C-suite leaders, defining and driving AI transformation roadmaps from first conversation through production and expansion.
•Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade AI agents in production across customer workflows, pain points, and goals.
•Turn frameworks and playbooks into reusable assets that scale across accounts and inform the product roadmap.
•Direct Forward-deployed engineers and partner teams to deliver at scale while staying accountable for outcomes and running feedback loops into Product and Engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 145,000 - 180,000 annually

•6+ years owning ambiguous, high-stakes outcomes and earning trust of senior executives in roles such as consulting engagement/project leadership, product management, or solutions/frontline roles.
•A builder’s instinct: design and build the actual solution, not just diagnose problems or manage someone else’s implementation.
•Strong technical acumen to understand and shape AI agent designs and hold conversations with engineers and executives.
•Executive presence with a track record of becoming a trusted advisor to decision-makers at large, complex organizations.
•Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape the solution as much as you implement it.
