Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently perform tool and gage making functions to support machines and equipment within the facility.
  • •Perform machining processes for alterations and necessary repairs on tools, gages, and fixtures.
  • •Calibrate and/or fabricate fixtures and gages to specifications, including ID/OD gages for diameter inspection.
  • •Ensure tools are properly identified with required information and execute related SAP transactions accurately.
  • •Follow machine sign-in/clean-up/maintenance, tooling sign-out for inventory, vacation scheduling, and EHS guidelines.
