Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery execution from mobilization through stabilization and client acceptance.
  • •Create and operate integrated delivery planning, milestones, dependencies, and readiness gates across modernization workstreams.
  • •Define and run delivery governance (steering committees, program boards, reporting cadence, decision forums) and manage RAID, escalation, and executive narrative.
  • •Own scope baseline, change control, and alignment between delivery execution, contractual commitments, and financial targets.
  • •Orchestrate modernization workstreams (code conversion, data migration, testing/validation, cutover, stabilization) including migration and cutover risks and rollback/business continuity planning.
