Adjust highly complex auto insurance claims end-to-end, ensuring coverage, liability, and physical damage decisions comply with state laws and regulations. You’ll negotiate comparative negligence and settlements within authority limits, document investigation and negotiation outcomes, and coordinate with external and internal partners using proactive communication and digital tools.
