  • •Assist clients via telephone by diagnosing problems with tools and fixing or replacing parts.
  • •Service packaging equipment and promote company services.
  • •Install, maintain, and repair equipment, and troubleshoot issues for customers.
  • •Provide technical support and guidance, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends.
  • •Document services performed and customer interactions; travel to customer locations and follow company directives and policies.
