Installation Specialist

Install, maintain, and repair packaging equipment while assisting customers by phone and in the field. Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems with tools, and provide technical support and guidance. You’ll service multiple equipment types, promote company services, and keep product knowledge current by monitoring industry trends. Document customer interactions and work performed, adapt to different industries/equipment, and travel to customer locations across the IN/OH region.
