Job Summary

Own end-to-end EMEA RFP/RFI proposal operations as the proposal expert within the Revenue Operations team. Coordinate, create, and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires; manage response workflows including delegating questions, tracking projects, and handling Loopio formatting and stakeholder communication. Develop and maintain a targeted response library, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Implementation, Compliance, and Security Compliance, and consistently align responses to regional priorities and competitive strategy.

•Coordinate, create, and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to support win-rate growth.
•Execute RFP/ITQ response workflows, including delegating questions, tracking projects, managing Loopio, formatting, and communicating with stakeholders.
•Complete Information Technical Questionnaires (ITQs) for existing clients for audit and compliance purposes.
•Interpret RFP/ITQ questions and develop targeted responses using library content, resource documents, and subject matter expert input.
•Partner with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure responses address prospect and client needs and align with regional go-to-market and competitive strategy.

•Ability to quickly learn complex technical products and translate functionality into business value.
•Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
