Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a safety leader and uphold company safety standards and procedures.
  • •Independently operate and oversee press production phases including setup, changeovers, startup, operation, troubleshooting, and shutdown.
  • •Monitor print quality and adjust processes to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, operational, and quality issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • •Lead and coordinate Press Assistants, including training, mentoring, and supporting less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous printing press operator experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • •Experience performing quality inspections and making machine adjustments based on inspection results.
  • •Ability to read production orders/specifications/technical documentation and complete basic computer tasks.
