Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a safe work environment by following safety policies and using appropriate tools/equipment.
  • •Follow company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and the environment.
  • •Assist the construction/paving crew with duties such as shoveling, raking, running a wheelbarrow, and safely backing/dumping trucks into a paver.
  • •Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and materials placement, and follow the Foreman’s direction for daily tasks.
  • •Assist with placement, moving, and dismantling of traffic control devices such as signs, barricades, and cones.

Key Requirements
