Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and manage staff onboarding, coaching, development, supervision and inspiration
  • •Ensure correct working methods and that we have the right materials in stock
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of every dish served
  • •Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with Arbo, HACCP and related regulations
  • •Resolve guest and colleague issues quickly, decisively and permanently

  • •MBO 3 level with 3 years (or more) experience as a cook, including 1 year in a coaching role
  • •Familiar with relevant regulations and able to follow them
