Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripherals; install OS/software/security updates and validate readiness through system testing and QA checks.
  • •Receive, inspect, inventory, and maintain accurate asset records; track asset movement through deployment and return; perform inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • •Prepare deployment kits and shipment packages, coordinate shipping/receiving/return logistics, ensure secure packaging, and verify shipping documentation and chain-of-custody records.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware/software/imaging issues during staging and escalate unresolved issues; assist field technicians with deployment readiness and technical questions.
  • •Follow staging procedures and security requirements to ensure compliance with customer contracts and data protection standards; maintain staging center organization, cleanliness, and safety.
