Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance for studios and infrastructure, ensuring a safe, functional, and cost-effective workplace. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance, while keeping documentation and compliance up to date. Manage relocation and housing logistics, procure and maintain office equipment, and partner with Operations and HR to resolve facility-related issues and support a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure continuous operation of studios, servers, and infrastructure systems (HVAC, plumbing), including repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance.
•Coordinate maintenance teams, reception, cleaning staff, and external vendors to deliver high-quality, timely services.
•Maintain accurate facility documentation, centralize executed contracts, verify supplier invoices, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
•Oversee employee relocation and housing management, including rental property evaluation, contract negotiation, and monthly inspections/payment management.
•Procure, maintain, and replace office equipment and materials while monitoring expenses and supporting facilities policy and training for new employees.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of proven experience in a similar role within facilities or property management.
•Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
•Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

•Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel, Word) and Google Docs; strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
