Key Responsibilities

  • •Move product from vinegar storage shipping tanks if needed, and cut product to shipping standards.
  • •Test vinegars to ensure they meet specifications and completely fill bulk tankers, drums, and totes.
  • •Load/unload box trucks and trailers, including timely tanker unloading and testing steps.
  • •Prepare COA paperwork and all relevant SQF and SAP paperwork, and maintain inventory in shipping tanks.
  • •Prepare retention samples and fill in for the daytime bulk loader when on vacation.

Key Requirements
