Key Responsibilities

•Deploy the engineering, quality and certification standards across all projects within the center.
•Lead staffing and upskilling initiatives and manage People Tempo to ensure discipline readiness and performance.
•Coordinate best practices and discipline transformation initiatives across teams and functions.
•Oversee the engineering toolchain and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
•Support Discipline Managers and teams in organizational transformation and contribute to group‑level AMS innovation sharing.

Key Requirements

•Engineer degree or equivalent (Bac+5) with significant experience in software‑driven complex system engineering
•Experience leading engineering disciplines or engineering teams and managing skills staffing and organizational transformation
•Proven background in ATM and related standards (ICAO, Eurocontrol, EASA)
•Ability to deploy engineering, quality and certification standards across multiple projects
•Strong leadership, systems thinking and cross‑functional collaboration to influence practices at scale
