Job Summary

Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy for the Plastics team by monitoring negative inventory, performing cycle counts, and running root-cause analysis on discrepancies. Coordinate receiving needs (including drop ship materials and quarantine locations), manage QA/outside warehouse reporting, and oversee daily work orders, requisitions, invoices, and metrics. Support sales order entry and scrap processing, assist other facilities with corrections, and ensure compliance while handling overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain inventory accuracy by monitoring negative inventory, conducting root-cause analysis, and performing cycle counts per SBD policy.
•Handle receiving as needed, including drop ship receivers and maintaining quarantine locations.
•Generate, share, and review QA and outside warehouse reports to preserve location integrity.
•Verify and coordinate work orders and sub-supplier processes daily with other departments.
•Process requisitions, maintain invoice dashboards, calculate and post metrics, document and follow up on packing concern sheets, and manage IPS uploads and JDE BFLSH materials.

Salary: USD 38,300 - 61,600 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management is preferred.
•At least two years of automotive experience with OEM and Tier customers, plus prior experience in warehouse inventory control or asset management.
•Proficiency in inventory management systems, including Future 3 Automotive Release software and JD Edwards (JDE), and MS Office Suite.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to analyze and distribute workloads.
•Excellent communication skills; ability to work collaboratively or independently and handle warehouse tasks up to 50 lbs while following safety and compliance standards.
