Job Summary

Lead, mentor, and develop a strategic initiative team to drive successful delivery of Finance objectives. Oversee Finance project portfolios by aligning initiatives with business goals, managing end-to-end project execution, standing up workstreams, and applying PMO best practices. Provide strategic thought leadership on prioritization and optimization, advise Finance leadership on risks and downstream impacts, and coordinate with risk partners across lines of defense.

•Oversee project portfolios by aligning strategic initiatives with business goals and proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
•Provide thought leadership on strategy and prioritization to support Finance business processes, focusing on optimization and efficiency.
•Lead project teams by managing day-to-day prioritization and deliverables within assigned initiatives.
•Manage large projects end-to-end, including setting up workstreams, monitoring and prioritizing tasks and deliverables, ensuring PMO best practices, and escalating mitigation needs.
•Lead and own strategic Finance key initiatives by influencing partners, advising Finance leadership on execution plans, and coordinating with risk partners for reviews and findings responses.

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
•10-12 years of progressive experience in consulting, project management, process improvement, or financial services.

•Strong proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office software products.
•Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with facilitation, organizational, and time management abilities.
