Key Responsibilities

  • •Populate and maintain document registers, request for information register, action log, issue log, and other project control tools as needed.
  • •Analyse, interpret, and summarise the status of project registers and logs.
  • •Generate and issue weekly status/overdue reports for project documents, actions, issues, and related information.
  • •Ensure appropriate issuance and storage of documents in line with the project document control procedure.
  • •Interface with external document suppliers (consultants and contractors) and ensure compliance with the document control procedure; support audits and QA/QC and Health & Safety processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar document control role, ideally supporting multidisciplinary large-scale projects.
  • •Fully proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and management of databases.
  • •Strong documentation skills with a focus on detail.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills, able to present information clearly and concisely.
  • •Ability to work effectively independently, set priorities, and work within required timelines.
