Lead and manage large, global compliance training programs and campaigns across HP’s Learning Portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape learning strategy, governance, and implementation from needs assessment through design, delivery, and continuous improvement. Provide subject-matter expertise in compliance, cybersecurity, privacy, and AI-enabled workflows to drive measurable learning impact and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the global compliance training portfolio in partnership with key business stakeholders and manage strategic planning and execution of campaigns across all implementation phases.
•Document and align stakeholder expectations for deliverables, timelines, and budgets; ensure adherence to quality and accessibility standards.
•Develop learning strategies for compliance projects impacting multiple businesses and lead large, cross-organizational programs.
•Provide guidance, thought leadership, and SME expertise on program lifecycle from strategy to implementation; stay current with market trends and learning technologies.
•Develop workflows using AI to improve learning performance, reduce lead times, automate processes, and drive cost savings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Learning and Development, Business Administration, or related discipline or equivalent experience
•Typically 3-5 years of relevant work experience in consulting, training design, facilitation, project management, and learning technologies
•Strong knowledge of compliance landscape (Integrity, Global Trade, Privacy, Cybersecurity) and adult learning principles
•Experience with Learning Management Systems and data analysis (BI, Excel, Power BI)
•Ability to manage complex programs with cross-organizational stakeholders and deliver on time with high quality
