Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to identify current and future customer financial needs.
•Recommend retail consumer and small business solutions using the company value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and support outside sales activities including community financial literacy events and membership presentations.
•Process teller transactions and serve as a member of platform staff while maintaining risk accountability and confidentiality.
