Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain the systems that power opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows
  • •Own sales compensation modeling, quota/attainment tracking, and performance reporting
  • •Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and drive deal velocity
  • •Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
  • •Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the stack as we scale

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company. You’re excited to be a Sales Ops leader.
  • •Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes.
  • •Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills.
  • •You thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments.
  • •Comfortable with SQL.
