Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute manufacturing from initial prototyping through full-scale production.
  • •Collaborate with design engineers to apply design-for-manufacturing best practices and enable transition to prototype and rate production.
  • •Act as a manufacturing liaison for mechanical fabrication and avionics, advising using subject-matter expertise and DFM experience.
  • •Own manufacturing documentation at scale, including MBOMs, work instructions, and process flows.
  • •Analyze production metrics (e.g., cost, quality improvement, capacity) and help implement continuous-improvement initiatives, including production and test methodologies.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or electromechanical hardware design.
  • •Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance.
  • •Flexibility and dedication to work extended hours and weekends when required by critical business priorities.
  • •Degree in a technical field preferred (engineering, math, or a hard science).
