Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise, outlining value proposition, and answering product, API, and LLM-related questions.
  • •Demonstrate how OpenAI models and API can meet business needs through demos, use-case scoping, architecture pattern recommendations, and in-depth technical advisory.
  • •Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs for common questions and requirements discovered during pre-sales.
  • •Foster customer advocacy by collecting feedback, identifying themes, and informing product planning.
  • •Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions, guiding customers to relevant resources and escalating complex requirements to appropriate teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role with C-level relationships
  • •Fluency in German and English
  • •Strong understanding of IT security principles and security/compliance for technical B2B SaaS products
  • •Experience programming in Python or Javascript and working with REST APIs
  • •Experience delivering Generative AI or ML prototypes and knowledge of network/cloud architecture
