Key Responsibilities

•Oversee on-site civil and architectural works for factory projects, ensuring progress and quality meet plans and standards
•Conduct construction quality audits and verifications to ensure compliance with design/technical standards
•Participate in site meetings with owners, design teams and contractors, providing technical support and issue resolution guidance
•Clarify construction queries and provide professional recommendations to resolve on-site problems
•Manage site safety and health compliance with regulations; ensure safe working practices and reporting of incidents

Key Requirements

•3 years or more of on-site supervision and management experience in civil or construction-related factory projects
•Diploma or university degree in civil engineering or related construction fields
•Familiar with construction quality inspection, progress control and site safety and health regulations; able to resolve on-site issues
•Fluent in Chinese and basic English; strong communication and coordination skills with owners, design teams and contractors
•Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word; able to use these tools for work reporting and communication
