Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of the Brokerage Operations product and program roadmap aligned to company OKRs.
•Coordinate operational programs across Legal, Finance, Growth, and Regional Leadership to ensure compliance, scalability, and consistency.
•Translate brokerage business needs into clear technical requirements for Product and Engineering.
•Identify workflow bottlenecks and apply an AI-first mindset to automate and improve operational efficiency.
•Define KPIs/ROI for programs and partner with Learning & Development to drive adoption with feedback loops from the field.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 185,000 annually
