Job Summary

Support the AIM Investment Operations team with post-trade processing for Allianz’s investment portfolios. Help execute derivative and securities transactions, contribute to trade matching, confirmations, and settlement, and collaborate closely with Front Office, clearing agents, and brokers. Work with teams across Group Treasury & Corporate Finance, Investment Accounting, Cash Management, and IT to improve and automate processes using AI tools such as Copilot, GPT, and AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities

•Support processing of derivative and securities transactions for Allianz SE and other Allianz entities
•Contribute to trade matching, confirmation processes, and settlement
•Collaborate with colleagues across Group Treasury & Corporate Finance, Investment Accounting, and Cash Management
•Automate and optimize processes by developing and implementing ideas using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, GPT, AI Agents)
•Coordinate with Front Office, clearing agents, and brokers as part of the post-trade lifecycle management

Key Requirements

•Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
•Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to optimize processes
•Knowledge of SAP is beneficial
•Strong ownership, fast comprehension, and proactive mindset
•Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
