Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply Lalamove logo decals to driver partners’ vehicles, ensuring correct placement, accuracy, and aesthetics per truck type guidelines
  • •Maintain stable supply of driver partners and support promotional activities to maximize vehicle utilization
  • •Lead training and guide driver partners to deliver an excellent customer experience while following agreed SOPs and SLAs
  • •Propose new ideas and improvements to simplify daily operational tasks
  • •Support review of current standard processes for the Operations/Driver Operations team and achieve individual/team targets

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational college/intermediate school or higher
  • •1+ year of relevant experience in operations or customer care is an advantage
  • •Proficiency with basic office tools, especially Excel
  • •Fluent Vietnamese communication (speaking and writing)
  • •Energetic, collaborative, responsible, and well-organized
