Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain client relationships, providing market insight, salary benchmarking, and talent strategy advice.
  • •Identify and win new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • •Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery from job brief to offer, including offer-stage negotiation support.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM records in Bullhorn and ensure alignment with GDPR, employment law, and internal standards.
