Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Dry Etch TIQ area domain expert for OCT and work as a site and supplier partner across Micron FABs globally.
  • •Understand and align short- and long-term cost goals with corporate business goals; initiate and drive cross-functional programs.
  • •Define, refine, and implement core business process methodologies and tools, including reporting and metrics to support BIC targets.
  • •Review current Micron Sites TIQ performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and lead TIQ alignment and improvements based on technical assessment and lesson learned.
  • •Continuously improve TIQ business processes across safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, and new technology/tool enablement; manage project lifecycle and documentation updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Masters or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent engineering experience).
  • •3+ years of experience with tool installation of Dry Etch equipment.
  • •Preferred hands-on experience in cost management.
  • •Strong communication skills in English.
  • •Willingness to travel.
